ONEPLUS NORD ON OFF FLEX

The OnePlus Nord (AC2001) Power On/Off Flex Cable is a high-precision internal ribbon connector that bridges the physical power button on the device chassis to the motherboard. Given the OnePlus Nord's unique internal layout, this flex is critical for system booting, screen locking, and hard reset functions.

Below is the technical product description and specification breakdown in a tabular format.

1. Tactile Feedback & Response

This flex cable features a high-rebound metal dome that provides the signature OnePlus "click" feel. It is designed to ensure that the command is registered instantly without the need for excessive pressure. A replacement is necessary when the button feels "mushy" or fails to wake the screen.

2. Signal Integrity

The use of gold-plated connectors ensures minimal signal resistance and high oxidation resistance. This is vital for maintaining consistent communication with the Power Management IC (PMIC) and preventing "phantom" button presses or auto-rebooting issues.

3. Precision Fit

The ribbon is custom-cut to fit the specific curvature of the OnePlus Nord frame. It includes reinforced strain-relief zones near the connector plug to prevent detachment or tearing during the device's thermal expansion and contraction cycles
